Art on Cairncross is located at Cairncross Corner near Maleny, on the Blackall Range behind Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Maleny & Montville are the major towns in the region and are renowned as creative art centres with many well known artists and craft people residing in the vicinity. The resort towns of Noosa, Coolum, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore & Caloundra are only a short drive from the gallery and the major city of Brisbane is only one hour down the highway.
Art on Cairncross has combined the two galleries of it's owners Jane Caraffi of Caraffi's established in 1998 and Tony Gill of Tony Gill Galleries of Montville which was established in 1995. The gallery continues to be visited by art lovers from all over Australia and the world because of the calibre of fine art displayed including ceramics, glass and sculpture.
Art on Cairncross is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm. The Gallery is located at Cairncross Corner on the Maleny- Landsborough Road at the corner with Mountain View Road which leads to spectacular views of the world famous Glasshouse Mountains.
Cairncross Corner is also home to
the highly awarded and famous
Terrace of Maleny" restaurant.
We are also across the road from the acclaimed Reserve Restaurant which has a made great impact on the corner.
Come and make a day of it!
Muang Thai Restaurant and Cafe is now open next door to us. They are open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday and lunch Thursday to Sunday. We wish them well. Phone No. 5494 3515
